We aim to process and ship your piece between 24/48 hours after receiving your order.

We currently offer multiple shipping options, for calculated shipping costs you can view within the checkout section of the website. 

Shipping times and prices will vary and depend on your exact location. 

 

TAX & INFO

Australia has a few different free trade agreements with countries like USA, New Zealand and Japan. Whereas some other countries, only sales over a certain amount get taxed, with the threshold usually being around $160-$200.

We currently do not cover import duties and taxes so be sure to check your country and its import tax regulations to ensure no hidden surprises. As any additional import taxes with be liable by the purchaser.

We currently offer free shipping in Indonesia, and under 24 hour delivery to anywhere in bali.

INTERNATIONAL

If your country is not listed above, you can check via the checkout cart section whether we ship to your location.

Please note: that for the time being all duties and import taxes are to be paid by the customer.

Return policy

We offer free exchanges, or returns in the form of store credit if the item is sent back to us within 30 days of delivery.

Item must be in its original condition and with all the original packaging.

Note: That we do not accept returns on any earring products due to regulations within australia, any items that have personal engraving / or items purchased on sale.

What if my ring does not fit?

If you have ordered the wrong size, we are happy to exchange your ring for the correct size.

In the case that current product is out of stock, you may return your item for store credit.

Note: that we currently do not provide free shipping costs on exchanges.

What if my product is faulty?

All our products are meticulously checked before we deliver them to you.

However if there's something wrong, please send us an email with photos explaining the issue, and we will be sure to help you solve the issue - whether that's replacement / refund or repair.

How long is the return process?

Once we receive your return, please allow us up to 5 business days for your exchange or store credit to be processed.
